The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has clarified that the upcoming satellite towns around Chennai would be self-dependent and schools, healthcare centres, parks and shopping complexes will be constructed all around with erection of basic infrastructure like roads, electricity, and drinking water.
